Overview

Ascend @ Lagoon Valley is a ground-breaking mass timber office project designed to reflect values of sustainability, community and health on behalf of those who occupy the space. Phase I of the project is scheduled to deliver 280,400 square feet of Class A office space across two four-story buildings in Q-2 of 2022.

Highlights

The project is the vision of Triad Development who entitled 700,000 square feet of office to be built across the site. In collaboration, Triad and TimberRise have created a vision for the first mass timber office building within the market and are committed to delivering an office experience that is without comparison.

Experience

Employees at Ascend will enjoy the ability to live walking distance from their place of work and have access to amenities such an amphitheater, sports courts and fitness center. Earning the distinction of a Conservation Community, the office site sits adjacent to the 417-acre Lagoon Valley Park, an 8-acre public park and an additional 1,200 acres of protected open space that is accessible for hiking, running, horseback riding and biking.

Project Team

The project is comprised of a best-in-class team of dedicated industry professionals who are experienced with and passionate about mass timber construction. Our integrated project approach includes, Hacker Architects leading the design, Swinerton as the general contractor and DCI Engineers as the structural engineer on the project.
