Project Highlights

Vision

East Ridge is the latest vision of Vince & Carol Bryan who founded SageCliffe, the Cave B Inn and the world-renown Gorge Amphitheatre. Much of their inspiration stems from the remarkable site geography high atop the Columbia River and surrounding coulees that were formed by rushing water stemming from an ice age approximately 15,000 years ago. This next project within the SageCliffe community will offer future owners the ability to purchase a fractional interest in one of the 25 beautifully designed homes within the community.

Highlights

The project team will utilize off-site, prefabricated construction techniques to deliver one-of-a-kind homes with minimal disruption to the irreplaceable basalt landscape formed centuries ago. The project is set to break ground Q-2 of 2021 and will include 17 two-bedroom and 8 three-bedroom fully furnished homes. Community amenities will feature a shared pool, pickleball court, vineyard wayfinding trails and convenient access to concerts at The Gorge.

The innovative fractional ownership structure offers ownership interests within each home allowing for ample usage of a 2nd home without the inefficient cost of sole ownership - each interest allows two weeks of use in each season. Accessing East Ridge from downtown Seattle takes 2 hours via I-90 with convenient interstate driving. Upon arrival, and with a glass of Cave B in hand, residents will quickly forget the urban hustle and find serenity in the Columbia Gorge and its accompanying high desert territorial back drop.

Project Team

The project team is comprised of individuals and firms who are inspired by the owner’s vision and committed to delivering a project that honors the remarkable landscape at SageCliffe. Design of the homes is led by Portland-based Skylab Architecture and the landscape architecture site plan has been created by Seattle-based GCH. Performing the factory construction and on-site assembly of the homes is Method Homes based in Ferndale, WA. TimberRise provided development management, financial modeling and project fundraising.
